Six disciplines, one point of accountability. Once a piece is chosen, Dynamo becomes its concierge — acquiring or making it, moving it, protecting it, and staying accountable for it for as long as it’s owned. This is what happens between a decision and a finished room.
01 — Sourcing
We work directly with ateliers, maisons, and independent makers across the full scope of a residence — furniture, lighting, and objects, as well as the practical layer few people think about: staff and utility areas, housekeeping supplies, and linen for every room. Many of these makers sell only through the trade. Every specification is checked against lead time, provenance, and budget before it reaches you, and bespoke or rare pieces are sourced through a network built over two decades.
Beyond the brief — On one residence, no two rooms shared the same linen: each bedroom, bathroom, and table setting received its own hand-embroidered design, commissioned and produced individually rather than repeated across the property.
02 — Customs & logistics
Dynamo manages imports and exports worldwide, choosing the best route for each shipment — sea, air, or road — and coordinating customs compliance, duties, and documentation for every jurisdiction involved, so nothing is delayed at the border.
Beyond the brief — A piece of art once needed to reach a residence on the other side of the country within 24 hours. Dynamo arranged the fastest possible route and flew to deliver it in person, treated with the same care as everything else in transit.
03 — Quality control
Every piece is inspected before it leaves the workshop or warehouse, and again on arrival — dimensions, finish, structural integrity. If damage is found, we manage the claim, replacement, or repair from start to finish, until the client is satisfied.
04 — Site coordination
We sit between the architect, the interior designer, and the trades on site, sequencing deliveries against the construction and finishing schedule. One calendar, one point of contact — not a chain of separate suppliers each managing their own timeline.
05 — Home staging
Final placement, dressing, and styling — delivered turnkey, with a full deep clean arranged beforehand if needed. The residence is handed over ready to the last detail, so the client has only to enjoy it.
06 — Asset stewardship
Dynamo remains the concierge for every piece in a residence, whether we sourced it or not: scheduled maintenance, secure storage, and transfer between properties, all managed through a network of qualified partners. One relationship carries the object for as long as it’s owned.
Beyond the brief — Each year, before and after the outdoor season, Dynamo inspects every outdoor piece across a property, making the small repairs and refreshes needed so it’s ready for the next season without the owner ever having to ask.
07 — Traceability & authentication
Every piece carries a discreet tag, invisible to the eye, linking it to its full history — origin, materials, maintenance record, and current location. The same tag authenticates the piece and supports insurance, resale, or succession documentation.
08 — Sale-ready staging
For a residence going to market, Dynamo also selects, installs, and later removes a temporary furniture scheme designed purely to help it sell — coordinated with the listing agent’s timeline.
